Android certificate's Key Alias

I'm updating an Android app originally built in Adobe Air. The app had a self-signed certificate created in Flash/Flex and I have that p12 file and its password.

My problem is that Titanium (3.1.1) is asking for the Key Alias when I try and publish a Distribute build and I don't think the Flash/Flex methods of creating these self-signed certificates allows adding an alias.

If I create a new certificate then I'll have to rename the app (I believe?) and this is not an option!

Does anyone know any method of adding a Key Alias to an existing p12 file?

I'm working on a mac using the Titanium 3.1.1 SDK.

Many thanks in advance for any help here!
